At First Methodist Church of Humble, TX, I coordinated daily operations across worship areas, classrooms, offices, and community spaces. I planned maintenance, supervised vendors, managed supplies, and completed safety and security checks.
At the same church, I taught conversational ESL and Spanish to multicultural adults and families. I designed competency-based lessons using role-plays, short videos, Kahoot, Classroom, and Canva, and followed up with learners through WhatsApp and Classroom.
At Ultra Gym Sendero & Adrenaline, I managed gym operations, staff recruitment, training, and scheduling. I also developed formative programs for children and youth and implemented retention strategies and parent workshops.
I founded RMCTrainer Fitness School and designed more than 100 certifications in Functional, HIIT, and Kettlebell training. I trained more than 500 instructors across Mexico and LATAM, and offer gym consulting, staff training, design, translation, and document-writing services.
