I am a multilingual educator and youth program manager with 7+ years of international experience leading multicultural teams aboard Royal Caribbean International.

Across nine ships I led teams of 15+ from 20+ countries, managed $80K–$100K budgets, hosted large-scale events for 100+ participants, and maintained top-tier guest satisfaction scores.

I built an onboarding and training framework that improved staff integration and cohesion, created a family-friendly adaptation of the fleet’s most popular program ('Crazy Quest Game Show'), and led safety initiatives including evacuation drills and compliance audits (USPH, DNV, SSQE).
