I want to grow with an institution where my skills reduce cost, improve efficiency and productivity, lower risk, and strengthen business processes through workflow and data quality initiatives—while improving customer experience and secure, timely access to information.

I’ve built my career across telecom, networking, and IT roles, combining field expertise with a strong focus on data integrity and reliability. As Team-lead (Retired Meters) at Nuri Telecom, I collected and verified meter SPNs and final kilowatts readings during field decommissioning, maintaining accuracy with careful cross-checking and safety-compliant data collection.

I also supported customers through AT Ghana and Tigo Ghana, resolving queries via email/social media and call handling while escalating issues promptly. Earlier, as a Field Engineer (Fiber and Microwave) I handled FTTH, site auditing, and pre/post cable testing using OTDR, and as an Information Technology Specialist I managed a MySQL-backed toll management system and performed troubleshooting to keep networks running smoothly.
