I'm looking to lead brand, marketing, and digital growth initiatives where strategic thinking, creativity, customer insight, and data-driven execution can build stronger brands and sustainable business results.

At Air Astra, I lead brand marketing strategy and integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL, TTL, digital, and offline channels, including the airline's complete brand development and launch. I've shaped its identity, positioning, guidelines, website and app UX initiatives, partnerships, and marketing assets that support sales and business growth.

Across Rahimafrooz Batteries, City Bank, NovoAir, and Grameenphone, I've led brand strategy, trade marketing, ecommerce campaigns, customer engagement, and nationwide branding. My work includes revitalizing Globatt and Lucas to achieve 40% demand growth in 2020, delivering BDT 15 million in annual cost savings, and managing 21 AMEX partnership campaigns that drove 275% growth in ecommerce transactions.
