I've designed and shipped end-to-end digital products for Visma, CULT Fitness, CRM platforms, and ClarityHR, turning complex workflows into clear SaaS, web, and iOS experiences.
For Visma, I designed a recurring-invoices feature with schedule management, pre-send notifications, and failure-state UX for Peppol rejections and email bounces. I also rebuilt a SaaS CRM dashboard and designed structured employee onboarding flows for ClarityHR.
I bring 14 years of QA/QC and operations leadership in manufacturing, energy, and mining to product design. I audit before designing, map flows before wireframing, and test assumptions before shipping.
