What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead enterprise technology portfolios, strengthen PMO governance, and improve delivery outcomes in a remote-friendly organization where I can partner with senior leaders and apply AI-enabled delivery tools.

At Rialto Capital Management, I manage an enterprise technology portfolio across 20–30 concurrent initiatives, aligning investments, capacity, risks, and delivery performance with business priorities. I present investment recommendations to C-suite leaders and manage the project managers and business analysts executing the work. I've led delivery of enterprise platform solutions across Appian, NetSuite, Salesforce (including a Service Cloud org I stood up from scratch and owned end to end), Workday HCM, and business intelligence reporting built for executive and management audiences.

I've strengthened PMO governance and delivery standards across financial services organizations, reducing project delays by 25% at Rialto and improving program visibility through executive dashboards at Bayview Asset Management. At Bayview, I directed 30–40 interrelated technology projects and led cross-functional teams of analysts and developers.

Alongside delivery, I manage vendor relationships, contract negotiation and support, and compliance audits and the reporting that supports them.
