What I'm looking for

I seek a clinical role where I can deliver evidence-based nutrition care, collaborate with MDTs, mentor juniors, and improve patient outcomes in hospital or community settings.

I am a dynamic, compassionate clinical dietitian with about two years of practical experience across inpatient, outpatient and aged-care settings. I specialise in adult nutrition assessment, individualised meal planning, enteral feeding protocols, IDDSI texture-modified diets, and patient and caregiver education to improve adherence and measurable nutritional outcomes.

I have delivered care across rehabilitation, palliative, acute and community services, led policy authorship on malnutrition management, mentored junior staff and driven practical improvements in residential aged care nutrition. I hold full APD status, FODMAP training, strong EHR and nutrition-software experience, and I communicate fluently in English, Mandarin and Malay.
