What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can deliver best-in-class patient care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and help maintain strong safety practices—while taking on leadership when needed to improve outcomes and patient experience.

I’m a Registered Nurse providing comprehensive assessments, individualized care plans, and therapeutic support for patients and families. In my current role, I manage medications, monitor vital signs, administer treatments, and partner with multidisciplinary teams to drive safe, optimal outcomes.

Previously, I served as a Registered Nurse/After-hours Nursing Supervisor, delivering direct care to aged and disabled residents with complex needs, including palliative care and wound management. I led and managed nursing staff, coordinated communication through family conferences and GP rounds, and focused on improving patient care and satisfaction while streamlining safety protocols.

Earlier ICU experience strengthened my ability to deliver high-acuity care, including work across medical and surgical intensive care units. I assisted with procedures such as endotracheal intubations and central line insertions, managed invasive and non-invasive ventilators, and maintained accurate documentation to support timely clinical decisions.
