At Walmart Global Tech, I designed and developed an Agentic AI platform that traces products across distributed catalog microservices, from onboarding to website publication. Its agents support data reconciliation, anomaly detection, and automated root-cause analysis.
I also enhanced the Reactive Attribute Management platform powering 100M+ products across three international markets. My work included reducing attribute derivation P95 latency from 6.2 seconds to 1.8 seconds and launching an AI-assisted chatbot that handled 2,000 queries per month.
