I’m an Administrative & Accounting Manager Assistant with a strong focus on bookkeeping accuracy, structured document handling, and reliable day-to-day financial support. I manage accounting books (journal, general ledger, balance) and keep records clear, organized, and ready for review.

I take ownership of bank reconciliation, cash-flow tracking, factoring accounts, and short- and mid-term loan management. I also handle internal and external audit processes, coordinating contract, quote, and invoice follow-up while maintaining legal and administrative files.

Beyond accounting, I support smooth operations through import logistics (customs declarations, transport arranging, dispute resolution) and careful employee administration. I’m methodical and committed—bringing the same discipline I used in luxury personal shopping and event hosting to every task I’m responsible for.
