I’m currently working as a Business & Compliance Analyst (Freelancer, Self-Employed) on a remote basis, where I conduct end-to-end analysis of client financial processes. I identify regulatory gaps, document improvement recommendations, and mirror BA-style gap assessment and process modelling.

I gather, validate, and translate complex compliance requirements—ITR, GST, and TDS—into structured documentation and action plans that align client objectives with regulatory obligations. I also facilitate requirement-gathering sessions with 20+ clients, track regulatory changes, and produce written briefs analogous to functional specifications for system enhancements.

Alongside compliance work, I build analytics that stakeholders can act on. For a Retail Sales Analytics Platform, I designed an end-to-end data pipeline into a structured MySQL database and created interactive Power BI dashboards for sales and product KPIs. For Customer Churn Analysis & Retention Strategy, I analyzed a 7,000+ customer dataset, identified key churn patterns (including Month-to-Month customers’ 42% churn rate), and delivered findings and recommendations through clear project documentation.

I bring strong delivery discipline—maintaining confidentiality, adhering to evolving regulatory SOPs, and working effectively in Agile and Waterfall environments. I’m also comfortable with the data integrity practices and documentation needed for insurance-related contexts, including ACORD-aligned data models and P&C insurance concepts like underwriting and claims lifecycle.
