At HCL Technologies, I support Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID environments for FedEx, Burberry and Wella. I handle production operations, access issues and Domain Controller health checks.
I administer Group Policy, DNS and hybrid directory synchronization, and carry out monthly Windows Server patching. I also use PowerShell scripts for recurring checks and operational tasks.
For infrastructure and application initiatives, I prepare SOPs and change records, present changes at CAB, coordinate testing and execute approved production deployments. My work has included initiatives such as Xupervisor and Windows Hello for Business.
