I am a seasoned Human Resources professional with broad experience across recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and client-facing HR services. I have worked in multinational development centers and HR solution firms, supporting employees and stakeholders with compliance and process improvements.

At Locusera Solutions I coordinate full-cycle recruitment, manage employee records, negotiate offers, and implement training and development plans to meet client staffing needs. Previously at Clean Harbors I led onboarding operations, created employee handbooks and onboarding packs, and ensured new hires received required access and benefits enrollment.

During my tenure at Amazon Development Center I supported payroll, benefits, stock and leave administration, managed HRIS and payroll systems, conducted training, performed HR audits, and contributed to process standardization and quality assurance. I mentored new hires and provided stakeholder communications across locations.
