I’m looking for a finance-focused role where I can own accurate reporting and budgeting, run compliant payroll/HR operations where needed, and keep improving internal controls through data-driven analysis and continuous learning.

I’m an Accounting and Finance professional with nearly 3 years of experience in accounting, auditing, financial management, payroll, and HR operations. I’m currently working as an Accountant & HR Manager, where I handle financial reporting, budgeting, payroll, compliance, and HR administration with a detail-oriented, proactive mindset.

In my current role, I manage end-to-end accounting operations using QuickBooks (payables, receivables, reconciliations, and reporting) and oversee HR functions including payroll processing and employee administration. I also perform cash flow analysis, costing, and financial performance monitoring, and I use CRM systems and AI-based operational tools to support tracking, decision-making, and efficiency.

Previously, I served as an Accounts Executive – Payables, managing the accounts payable process A–Z, issuing payments, maintaining payable transactions in QuickBooks, and reconciling supplier accounts to resolve discrepancies. I also worked as an Internal Auditor after starting as an intern—auditing manufacturing processes, operational performance, revenue and wastage control systems, and reviewing financial transactions and compliance procedures.
