I seek a collaborative, growth-oriented finance role where I can lead accounting, IFRS reporting, tax compliance, budgeting and systems improvements while mentoring teams and delivering timely financial insights.

I am a self-motivated finance professional with over 10 years of experience in accounting, auditing and taxation, focused on delivering accurate financial reporting and strong internal controls.

Currently I serve as Assistant Finance Manager at Veracity Services, supporting ACWA Power's Gulf General Ledger team, where I manage general ledger, AP/AR, monthly trial balances, VAT/WHT, IFRS and group reporting packs, audits, budgeting and coordination with Oracle EBS and Fusion teams.

Previously I held senior accounting and assistant manager roles across BPO and consulting firms and worked at KPMG in tax and at GMS Associates in audit, gaining hands-on experience in statutory and tax compliance, financial statement review and audit planning; I was recognized as the best performer by the client (ACWA Power) in Q3 reporting 2023.

I hold professional memberships including ACA (CA Sri Lanka), ACMA and ACCA, and I apply tools such as Oracle Fusion, ERP packages, QuickBooks, Xero and generative AI in finance to improve efficiency; I bring integrity, stakeholder management and a commitment to meeting tight deadlines.
