What I'm looking for

I seek an accounting role where I can manage end-to-end reporting, improve finance processes, work with Xero/QuickBooks, and build long-term client relationships in a collaborative team.

I am an ACPM-qualified, results-driven finance professional with a BSc in Applied Accounting and strong hands-on experience across accounting, audit and financial reporting for companies in Sri Lanka, Malawi, Australia, the UK and Dubai.

I have delivered month-end and year-end closings, prepared statutory and management accounts, VAT and tax returns, payroll and creditor/payables processing while driving process improvements and internal control enhancements. I hold working expertise in Xero, QuickBooks, Sage 50 and Retail Max POS, and have Xero Advisory and Payroll certification.

I communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, lead small finance teams, and focus on accurate AR/AP management, cashflow monitoring and operational accounting to sustain long-term client relationships and improve finance function efficiency.
