I’m an IT Support and Cybersecurity professional with 3+ years of enterprise experience in a FISMA-regulated federal government environment. I maintained NIST 800-53 compliance, managed Active Directory user lifecycle and Group Policy enforcement to reduce unauthorized access risk, handled high-volume incidents in ServiceNow ITSM, and supported deployment, updates, and patch management to minimize downtime and vulnerability exposure.
