I've led production AI initiatives at Abridge, building workflow automation that turns clinical conversations, transcripts, EHR context, and patient data into structured documentation, insights, and actionable recommendations.

I design LLM, RAG, agentic AI, NLP, and retrieval systems for clinical documentation, medical concept extraction, coding support, order generation, and decision support. My work includes evaluation frameworks for accuracy, reasoning quality, hallucination rates, factual grounding, workflow completion, and clinician adoption.

Previously at Ulta Beauty, I architected GLAMlab Virtual Try-On, an AI-powered beauty visualization platform supporting thousands of makeup products across mobile, web, and omnichannel shopping. I built computer vision, AR rendering, facial landmark detection, personalization, and privacy-conscious AI workflows connected to commerce and loyalty systems.

Earlier at Walmart, I developed predictive models and analytics for retail, inventory, supply chain, and merchandising decisions. Across healthcare, beauty, and retail, I partner closely with product, engineering, and domain experts to move scalable AI systems from research into production.
