I'm a hands-on product designer with 12+ years taking products from zero to scale in health/wellness, logistics and clean energy. I go to the people first, and I still do the work myself: research, UX, UI, design systems and prototypes in code, with AI built into my workflow.

At Loggi, one of Brazil's first tech unicorns, I was Head of Product Design from Series A to Series F, as the company grew from 20 to 2,000 people and reached a $2B valuation. Before the platform existed, motorcycle couriers spent part of their day idle. I designed the courier app, the customer and shipper products and the operations tools that changed that, built for low connectivity, one-handed use and time pressure. Every Black Friday our volume doubled or tripled, and we kept a 96% delivery SLA. I also grew the design team from 0 to 35 and built the design system shared across all products.

I was then part of the founding team at Genial Care and helped build the company from zero. Today it's Latin America's leading healthtech for autistic children and their families. I interviewed mothers of autistic children in every region of Brazil, then designed:

1 - A service that brought ABA, occupational therapy and speech therapy into one integrated treatment.

2 - The families' mobile app, with parental education, a 24/7 chat with clinicians and tracking of each child's development program.

3 - The clinicians' dashboard, with development metrics measured every three months.

Families' quality of life rose 48%, with 87% program adherence and an NPS of 94, and health plans came to contract Genial Care as an official provider.

Most recently, at Lemon Energia, I made clean energy simple for small businesses in Brazil. Design experiments improved self-service acquisition by 15% and on-time payments by 22%. I scaled discovery with AI-moderated interviews and prototyped in code with Claude Code, Cursor and Figma AI.

What I'm looking for: a hands-on Senior, Lead or Staff Product Designer role (IC, not people management) in health, mental health, wellness, logistics, mobility, climate or music. I enjoy the day-to-day product work most: validating product-market fit, following adoption, keeping journeys simple, testing comprehension and usability, and shipping fast with AI.

I'm based in São Paulo, one hour ahead of Eastern Time, with full professional English. I'm open to remote work as a contractor or employee, and to relocation.
