At Balance of Nature, I design across B2B internal platforms and DTC e-commerce products, taking work from discovery through delivery. I designed and shipped a complaint-tracking SaaS platform with searchable case history for 1,200+ records, CSV export, and compliance workflows.
I’ve also redesigned an e-commerce site’s navigation after user research showed people getting lost, then validated the new structure through usability testing. At MJV Technology & Innovation, I designed insurance journeys for a customer-facing platform, using research, prototypes, and reusable design-system components.
