I lead digital banking initiatives at Askari Bank, where I work on the Smart Society App - a cashless digital-living platform built for residential housing societies across Pakistan. My focus spans strategy, execution, and communications: from customer data analysis and BRDs to board-level presentations and performance dashboards that track adoption, transaction volume, and ecosystem growth.

Over the past year I've driven several major initiatives. I built the case for hiring five contractual business development officers to scale on-ground execution, prepared Askari Bank's submission for Global Finance's World's Best Digital Bank Awards 2026 in the Social & Community Banking and Best in Transformation categories, and led corporate communications around the bank's four wins at the Pakistan Digital Awards 2026 - covering press releases, leadership LinkedIn posts, and internal announcements.

I work closely with senior leadership, including our CDO and CEO, translating product and market data into materials that inform executive decisions - PowerPoint dashboards, board presentations, and proposals pitched to housing society boards to expand the app's footprint.

My interests sit at the intersection of fintech, digital transformation, and customer-centered product design - the team's founding principle has always been to build around the customer rather than ask the customer to adapt to the product. I'm equally comfortable in analytical work (Excel modeling, dashboard automation) and in shaping the narrative around a product - writing, design, and stakeholder communication.

I'm looking for opportunities where I can bring both strategic and hands-on execution skills to a digital banking, fintech, or product organization scaling into new markets.
