What I'm looking for

I'm open to roles where I can own product decisions end to end, from strategy and business case through research, prototyping, design systems, and delivery with engineering.

I founded TOSEE Art Gallery in St. Gallen, where I own product strategy, roadmap, pricing tiers, partnerships, and every issue from artist selection through delivery.

I design and build TOSEE end to end, including onboarding, submission flows, and the interfaces that support them. I use participation data to prioritise cycles and change offers that are not working.

At ELPRO, I owned UX for enterprise monitoring SaaS, leading user research, workflow design, prototypes, usability testing, design-system work, and developer handoffs. I presented rationale directly to stakeholders and aligned cross-functional teams before build.

Previously, I led a full accessibility-driven redesign across HMI, desktop, and mobile at Loepfe Brothers, and built the ESSENTIAL design system at Rieter. I bring a PhD in Communication and Language Sciences and work fluently in English and German.
