What I'm looking for

I’m looking for analytics engineer roles, remote or in Seoul.

At Independent, I built two end-to-end analytics engineering projects. My SaaS subscription project uses dbt and BigQuery to create an MRR bridge from raw subscription events, with 119 tests and pull-request CI that builds in a throwaway dataset.

I also built a Seoul apartment sales ELT pipeline that loads government open data into BigQuery and models it as a tested star schema. Previously, at Bory.ai, Ltd (보리 주식회사), I worked on client and internal products, including reducing Saysame’s Firestore reads by 80% through client-side caching and changes to data access.

Frontend-focused full-stack engineer on client and internal products: web apps, REST APIs, serverless backends (Firebase) and an IoT monitoring system.
• Data access optimization (Saysame, social network platform): cut Firestore reads from about 50,000 to 10,000 per day (-80%) by adding client-side caching and restructuring data access, keeping the app within Firebase quota limits and lowering cos
