At TEDSAI COMPLEX SARL, I lead a multidisciplinary team developing a clinical operations platform. I translate user needs into requirements, indicators and implementation priorities, and review data validation and dashboard requirements with engineers and clinicians.
As a Data Management Specialist at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Cameroon, I contributed to CAMPHIA 2024, a national HIV impact assessment. I checked survey instruments and CAPI skip logic, managed field data flows, and prepared datasets for analysis.
At the National AIDS Control Committee, North-West Regional Technical Group, I managed regional performance monitoring and led an audit of active records for approximately 45,000 people living with HIV. I developed tools, trained field teams and validated results.
My work has included analyzing treatment outcomes, improving data consistency with validation rules and R/Python dashboards, and presenting findings to support planning and resource allocation. I use SQL, Excel, R, Python and Power BI for data preparation, analysis and reporting.
