I’m an HR operations professional with experience across India and the UK, supporting the employee lifecycle end to end—especially onboarding, transfers, promotions, and exits. I focus on accurate HR records, reliable process tracking, and day-to-day HR service delivery in high-volume environments.

In my recent role as a Sr. Associate Human Resources at Amazon, I handled employee lifecycle processes using Workday, maintained employee data accuracy, and supported compliance checks. I managed HR ticket queues through ServiceNow and Jira, resolving employee queries within SLA timelines, while generating HR reports and supporting audit-related checks.

Earlier, at BYJU’S, I coordinated recruitment and onboarding to keep the hiring-to-joining workflow on track. I handled background verification follow-ups, onboarding documentation, and HR-related tickets in Jira, partnering with vendors and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.

In the UK, I supported workforce operations through shift queries, attendance updates, leave coordination, and follow-ups to maintain staffing continuity. I also supported onboarding documentation and daily communication on shift, resolving issues and escalating complex matters to supervisors for coverage and handovers.
