I administer Workday transactions and employee records, resolve HR cases through ServiceNow, and partner with Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, IT, Security, and Event Management to deliver coordinated employee experiences.
Previously, I managed US HR Shared Services for Unifi at Outscale Partners and supported North American employees at Amazon with payroll, benefits, leave, policy, timekeeping, and employment verification.
I build SOPs, dashboards, knowledge resources, and automation that reduce manual work, strengthen compliance, and improve case-resolution turnaround times.
