What I'm looking for
I’m a Technical Support Specialist focused on Field Operations and IT support, with hands-on experience in fiber optic cable splicing and testing using OTDR, powermeter, and VFL, plus copper line tracing to pinpoint faults. I support internet connectivity across copper and fiber by configuring ONU, modems, routers, and related network equipment, and I deliver dependable on-site troubleshooting for real-world service needs.
In my IT work, I handle high-volume incident and helpdesk support through Freshdesk, track and manage issues in JIRA, and support internally developed ERP systems with incident tracking and resolution. I’ve also created SQL queries to improve data searching, monitored and reviewed system/log signals (including Observium and New Relic), and collaborated cross-functionally to resolve sync failures, rejected transactions, and data mismatches—often escalating quickly when issues go beyond my scope.
