I’m looking for a technology-driven role where I can lead fraud/risk investigations, ensure SLA and compliance, and partner with legal teams to resolve high-priority cases—while using case management tools and data-driven insights to improve client outcomes.

I’m a Risk Assessment Analyst with 7+ years of experience in technology-driven client operations, fraud/risk assessment, and process compliance. At Amazon, I was promoted from Customer Support Associate to Risk Assessment Analyst within IT-enabled operations based on performance.

I investigate and resolve high-value client accounts flagged for risk, fraud, or compliance concerns using case-management and account-review systems.
