What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead enterprise software delivery or implementation portfolios, using my banking domain, stakeholder management, and Oracle technical depth to improve client outcomes, delivery governance, and operational performance.

I've led enterprise banking software delivery at EBIX Technologies, including turning around a Tier-1 Middle East banking implementation by reducing open issues from 100+ to under 10 within six months and supporting $1.5M–$2M in incremental annual account revenue. I oversee multi-project portfolios, resource planning, budgets, client escalations, and cross-functional teams of 35+ engineers, architects, and project managers.

Across Citi, Barclays, Deutsche Bank, Experian, and R-Systems, I've delivered banking, credit management, fraud prevention, and revenue collection systems through requirements, design, testing, cutover, and production support. I bring hands-on Oracle PL/SQL development, database tuning, incident management, and experience leading distributed teams and international client portfolios.
