I’m a detail-oriented billing and credit control professional with 1+ years of hands-on experience supporting end-to-end billing operations in an MSP and staffing environment. I focus on accurate invoicing, timely collections, and efficient reconciliation to keep billing moving smoothly.

In my current role as a Credit Controller/Billing Specialist, I generate and process client invoices per contractual terms and billing schedules, validate timesheets/expense reports/vendor invoices, and manage Accounts Receivable payment tracking and follow-ups. I also handle Accounts Payable activities like vendor invoice verification and payment coordination, and I resolve billing discrepancies with clients and vendors.

Before this, as an Operation CSR III (with a transition to Billing Specialist-CSR), I closed daily billing/invoice tickets, maintained up-to-date account and address records, and coordinated scheduling for new installations. I use multiple backend tools for service changes, troubleshoot issues that block installations, document actions for compliance, and prepare billing/aging reports and support month-end and year-end closing.
