I am a client relationship specialist and billing supervisor with over 10 years of experience in accounts receivable within the US healthcare/RCM domain. I focus on streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and optimizing workflows to meet client expectations.

In leadership roles I have planned production, monitored processes, assigned and reviewed workloads, and organized resources to meet SLAs, HIPAA guidelines and client benchmarks. I routinely generated daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports for internal and client use.

As a team leader I conducted training, performance reviews, grievance handling and coaching to reduce absenteeism and attrition while increasing productivity. I introduced measures to improve quality on the production floor and converted AR processes into AR-calling workflows to improve collections.

I have hands-on expertise in charge and payment posting, denial management, refund analysis, EDI and paper claims review, insurance reimbursement and provider claim credibility checks, and am skilled with MS Office tools to support reporting and process improvements.
