At Salesforce, I set technical direction for a greenfield multi-tenant CMDB data platform and delivered its full-stack dashboard using Salesforce LWC and Java services. I also led a migration affecting 50K+ daily executions with zero customer-facing breakage.

I've built reusable discovery-integration and workflow-automation primitives, including Jamf Pro support for 20K+ devices per organization and Claude-powered engineering tooling adopted by 60–70% of teams.
