I've managed terminal operations for TraPac across the Ports of Oakland, Los Angeles, and Jacksonville, overseeing vessel, yard, gate, rail, equipment, and cargo movement. I balanced vessel-alliance allocation, container capacity, terminal throughput, priority cargo, and demurrage matters while coordinating CBP examinations and operational holds.
Previously at Hyundai Merchant Marine, I managed export special cargo including hazardous, oversized, temperature-sensitive, and high-value shipments. My work spans reefer and cold-chain cargo, IMDG compliance, vessel stowage, import/export manifests, EDI messaging, emergency response, and complex exception recovery.
