What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine data analysis (Power BI, Excel, Python) with process automation (Power Automate/Query) to improve operations, deliver KPI-driven reporting, and continuously optimize workflows with measurable impact.

I’m a Data and Operations Analyst with experience in international operations, payments, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and process improvement. I use Python (Pandas), Excel, and Power BI to transform data into actionable insights, with a strong emphasis on results and continuous learning.

I’ve also improved workflows through process automation, leveraging Power Automate and Power Query to optimize operational processes. At Grupo Vidanta, I managed operational and financial reporting, handled refunds and reservation audits, and automated an agent’s evaluations process with a Python (Pandas) script—removing the manual workload.
