I also streamlined operational and logistics processes, contributing to an 18% ROI on fleet expansion projects, a $34M reduction in fleet maintenance costs, and $188M in increased profit margin across key merchandise categories.
Earlier, I drove growth of the business membership base across 130 Sam's Club units nationwide and assessed public companies’ internal controls for Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 compliance at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).
