What I'm looking for

I seek a corporate finance/M&A role where I can apply advanced valuation, modeling and analytical skills, collaborate with client teams, and drive high-impact transactions.

I am an M&A-focused finance professional with a master's in finance from IE Business School and a background in industrial engineering. I specialize in corporate finance advisory, having participated in over ten buy- and sell-side portfolio transactions totaling well over €2 billion.

I bring advanced data and financial analysis skills, am an Excel expert, and have programmed tools in Python and VBA to streamline valuation, reporting, and portfolio delimitation tasks. My experience spans client relations, valuation, information memoranda, data tapes, and portfolio perimeter definition.

I am trilingual (Spanish, English, French), have lived in five countries, and seek roles where I can add analytical and social skills, critical reasoning, and a strong work ethic to high-impact projects.
