At Workers.ai, I designed Brazil’s first AI SDR platform from discovery through production-ready engineering specs. I also created a three-level human-in-the-loop system to help sales teams build trust in AI agents.

At Mellro, I reshaped a matching app around a payment guarantee after identifying legal barriers as the real problem. The product reached R$140M+ in guaranteed contracts, and a self-service property registration flow cut listing time from two hours to 15 minutes.

I co-founded Trackmob and built recurring-payment infrastructure for Brazilian nonprofits, including a CRM, payment gateway, and donor tools used by 400+ organizations. The platform processed R$650M+, while billing success rose from about 70% to about 92%.
