At Malawi Defence Force, I coordinate aircraft-spares procurement, supplier negotiations, and customs processes. My work has contributed to lower procurement costs and more timely delivery of imported spares.
I manage fleet and transport operations and support inventory control across technical stores. I also led a combined team of 20 staff members and coordinated their duties, schedules, and performance.
Earlier, as Warehouse & Logistics Support, I introduced an electronic filing system that reduced document retrieval time. As an Aircraft Avionics Technician, I performed scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on avionics systems and maintained electrical equipment supporting aircraft readiness.
