I’m a Petroleum Inspector with hands-on experience in independent quantity and quality surveying using ASTM and IP Standards. I bring highly analytical judgment, strong English command, and concise incident report writing to every inspection.

In my role, I accompany vessels from loading port to the last port of discharge to ensure safe cargo handling and compliance. I coordinate shore tank inspections—gauging, sampling, and temperature reading—then witness laboratory testing and calculate delivered products using ASTM and IP standards.

On the vessel side, I inspect compartments prior to loading, review tank cleaning methods for product compatibility, and re-calculate vessel experience factors via ASTM standards. I take OBQ, first foot, and final samples, run laboratory density variation checks against the certificate of quality, and inspect cargo before and after transfer against prescribed standards.

I also oversee discharging operations by verifying consignments against contract specifications, inspecting vessel and terminal pipelines for leaks, and checking seal valves to secure tank content. I prepare, verify, and examine cargo loadings and oil transportation records, while monitoring and supervising loading and discharging to protect client service expectations.
