What I'm looking for

I want a construction role where I own BOQs and quantity take-offs, support cost estimation, and handle bid/change-order evaluations using Procore and PlanSwift—delivering accurate QA documentation and clear coordination.

I’m a Civil Engineering graduate who passed the April 2023 Civil Engineering Licensure Examination in the Philippines. I bring a strong understanding of how to draw and interpret maps, diagrams, and blueprints, and I’m motivated by turning plans into accurate quantities and reliable project costs.

As a Quantity Surveyor - Civil Engineer at JER Consult Corporation, I handled quantity take-offs from drawings and produced Bill of Quantities mainly for Civil, Structural, and Architectural works. I also supported cost estimation for projects like Cauayan 4PH, Friday’s Boracay, and the Pico Terraces project, collaborating across scopes including plumbing, sanitary, and fire protection.

In my current Quantity Surveyor - Civil Engineer role at SM Development Corp, I manage bid evaluation and change order evaluation, along with BOQs and quantity take-off work for civil, structural, and architectural items. I’ve also built QA/QC and project coordination experience through an Office Engineer role using Procore for progress billing, documentation, and handovers.
