I’m a civil engineer with hands-on experience in site supervision, quantity take-offs, and project coordination across government and large-scale industrial projects. I bring practical construction knowledge to deliver accurate estimates and reliable project support.

As a Site Supervisor / Engineer II at CTCI CIPEC Construction Inc., I supervised daily construction activities to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards. I also coordinated with owners, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain workflow efficiency and helped resolve site issues to prevent delays.

At Daelim Philippines Inc., I supported construction for a 420MW coal-fired power plant project by monitoring subcontractor work and ensuring adherence to technical specifications. I prepared daily reports and coordinated manpower and materials, while the Provincial Engineer’s Office—Bataan role strengthened my ability to prepare program of works, quantity take-offs, and technical documentation.

Now, I’m transitioning into Quantity Surveying for International clients, supported by training in Bluebeam and Quantity Surveying Virtual Assistant (QSVA) practices. During my career break and professional development period, I completed Bluebeam workshops and QSVA training, while staying active through remote freelance data entry and an entrepreneurship venture—building discipline, adaptability, and a business mindset for remote work.
