My Mechanical Engineering background and Quantity Surveying & Estimating Training have prepared me to support accurate residential construction take-offs and remote estimating for Australian builders, subcontractors, and construction firms.

At Enertech System Industries Inc., I inspected boilers and pressure tanks during fabrication against engineering blueprints and client specifications. I documented leaks, welding defects, and other irregularities.

I also verified materials against ASME standards and reported differences between fabrication and engineering plans to the Engineering Department. I prepared daily and weekly QA/QC reports and supported adherence to manufacturing procedures and safety standards.

I hold Bluebeam Revu and Revit certifications, including training in Architecture, Structural, and MEPF. My other certifications include BOSH and COSH, and I’m seeking to provide reliable estimating and quantity surveying support through precise measurement, reporting, and digital tools.
