My career has spanned Fortune 500 healthcare companies, startups, consulting, and nonprofit organizations, where I've led strategy, operations, marketing, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development.

Throughout my career, I've been driven by a passion for building strong organizations and helping people succeed. I enjoy bringing clarity to complexity, developing leaders, and turning ambitious ideas into practical results. I'm especially drawn to organizations whose mission improves people's lives and creates lasting community impact.

Outside of work, I've been an active nonprofit volunteer for many years, serving in leadership roles that support education, youth development, and women's sports. Personally, I enjoy travel, speaking French whenever I have the opportunity, yoga, cheering on my son's sports, and spending time with family and friends.
