I am a dedicated Medical Assistant with hands-on experience in clinical support, patient education, and front-desk operations. I bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a patient-first approach to every interaction.

At Serenity Primary Care I assist providers with examinations and procedures, document vitals and histories in EMR systems, and uphold infection control and supply management standards. My clinical training included a PCI Health Training Center certification and a CPR credential.

Previously I supported retail pharmacy customers at Walgreens, handling prescriptions, transactions, inventory, and conflict resolution, which strengthened my customer service and communication skills.
