I'm looking to make a career change that lets me broaden the skills I've developed in patient care, scheduling, records, and healthcare operations in a different setting.

I've supported patient care and high-volume clinic operations at NorthShore University HealthSystem Orthopaedics since 2018, managing check-in, scheduling, records, insurance verification, X-ray orders, supplies, payments, and follow-up instructions.

With more than 10 years in medical and chiropractic settings, I bring hands-on patient support, medical scheduling, data entry, and fluent Spanish communication while looking to broaden my skills in a new career setting.
