I am looking for a role that allows me to further develop my skills in patient care and education while contributing to a supportive healthcare team.

I am a dedicated Certified Medical Assistant with four years of experience in delivering high-quality, patient-centered adult primary care. My journey in healthcare has equipped me with a strong history of effective communication with patients, providers, and insurance companies, ensuring that every patient receives the attention and care they deserve.

Currently, I work at IMedicine, where I manage patient flow and support two providers by rooming and taking vitals for 30 to 40 patients daily. My responsibilities include managing referrals, submitting prior authorizations, and performing various medical procedures. I am proficient in using EHR systems like eClinicalWorks and Cerner, which allows me to document patient care accurately and efficiently.

Throughout my career, I have also taken on leadership roles, training newly hired CMAs and improving workflows in previous positions. My commitment to patient education and preventative health has been a driving force in my work, and I am passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of my patients.
