What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead or contribute to AI training, evaluation, and quality work where I can turn complex requirements into clear workflows, improve model outputs, and work closely with raters, project teams, and clients.

I lead the Dutch-language AI training pipeline at Scale AI / Outlier, coaching raters, auditing submitted work, and keeping quality and delivery on target.

I turn vague client instructions into explicit, checkable rating criteria and act as a liaison between raters and project teams. My work spans RLHF, model evaluations, red teaming, prompt drafting, UI/UX evaluation, and rating voice and image models.

Through Vorrink Consultancy, I support a Dutch legal firm with research and compliance work for crypto and AI-related financial service providers. I also built a custom AI drafting and analysis system grounded in a curated legal source corpus with citation checks to guard against hallucination.

Previously, I built and marketed an e-commerce business on Bol.com through SEO-driven content, advertising, product pages, and branding. I'm a native Dutch speaker and fluent in English.
