I’m looking for an AI-focused role where I can run rigorous quality/rubric evaluations, improve RLHF-style review workflows, and contribute clear written rationales—while collaborating remotely with strong guidelines and measurable impact on model quality.

I’m an AI quality analyst and Dutch linguist focused on AI response evaluation—accuracy, instruction following, reasoning quality, and usefulness—using “RLHF-style review,” rubrics, and structured quality criteria. In remote AI production environments, I review multi-turn outputs, check grounding and personalization, and write clear rationales to explain quality issues and support model improvement.

Alongside evaluation work, I bring a hands-on computer science background with full-stack skills—React, Next.js, WordPress, Supabase, and API integrations—so I can connect data pipelines and chatbot workflows to real product needs.
