What I'm looking for

I'm seeking client-facing roles in direct services, outreach, or vocational support where I can use advocacy, job development, and program management to improve community well-being.

I am a community-focused direct services specialist and outreach professional with strong roots in advocacy, journalism, and vocational services. I founded and ran a community outreach and advocacy project, managed vocational programs, supervised teams of up to 30 people, increased retail sales by 31% while maintaining low turnover, and provided ten years of caregiving and direct client support.

I combine case management, intake assessments, program evaluation, database management and public relations to improve social health and employment outcomes, and I am motivated to apply these skills in client-facing roles that emphasize advocacy, training and measurable community impact.
