I’m a healthcare case manager with 15+ years of customer service experience and 11+ years working in health care and health insurance. I’m known for managing cases from start to finish, staying organized, and taking the kind of detail-level notes that keep records accurate.
In my current role at Kaiser Permanente, I process grievance standard and pre/post case types, acknowledge receipt, and guide members through plan types. I maintain and update an Excel spreadsheet to meet case deadlines, write detailed appeal/grievance outcome letters, and communicate with multiple internal departments to ensure every issue is addressed.
